Prepare 4 lbs pork spareribs, 1 cup brown sugar, ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup ketchup, ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup chili sauce, ¼ cup rum, 2 garlic cloves (crushed), 1 teaspoon dry mustard, and 1 dash ground black pepper.
Start by cutting the spareribs into serving size portions then put it on 1-inch rack. Set the oven on Hi and bake for 6 minutes. Flip the spareribs and bake for another 6 minutes. Prepare the sauce by mixing together brown sugar, soy cause, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, rum, garlic, mustard, and pepper in one bowl. Use this to coat the ribs with and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. You may also choose to refrigerate it overnight. Afterward, place the ribs on 4-inch rack, and then cook for about 5 to 6 minutes per side.
This recipe is good for 4 servings and takes 10 minutes to prepare and 12 minutes cooking time.
Prepare 1 lb mild Italian sausage (3 links casings removed), 2 lbs prepared mashed potatoes, 1 medium sweet onion, chopped, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 2 cups fresh corn, sliced off the cob, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 3 medium garlic cloves, finely chopped, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and pepper.
Saute crumbled sausage until lightly browned in a medium skillet. Add salt, pepper, onion, and garlic to the sausage mixture and continue to saute until it gets soft.
Warm the potato mixture to prepare for spreading then place the sausage and pepper mixture into the pie shell. Spread the fresh corn over the mixture, and then add the mashed potatoes to cover the pie. Add the mozzarella cheese for toppings. Place the pie on 1 inch rack and bake on power level 8 for 30 minutes.
This recipe is goof for 4 servings. Preparation time takes about 15 minutes and total time 45 minutes.
Glazed Grilled Salmon
Prepare 15 ounces thick salmon steaks, 6 tablespoons dark brown sugar, 8 teaspoons Chinese hot mustard, 2tablespoon soy sauce, and 2 teaspoons rice vinegar.
Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, and mustard in a bowl then whisk to blend. Put 1 tablespoon glace to a small bowl and mix with rice vinegar then set this aside. Generously brush 1 side of salmon steaks with half of glaze in a medium bowl then place them onto 4-inch rack with the glazed sides down. Grill the steaks for about 4 minutes.
Brush the top of the steaks with the remaining glaze then turn salmon over and grill until the other side is just opaque in the middles for about 4 minutes. Drizzle the salmon with the remaining glaze and serve.
Preparation will take about 5 minutes and 8 minutes for cooking. The recipe is good for 4 servings.
Asian Pork Chops and Baby Bok Choy
Prepare 4 boneless center cut pork chops about 8 ounces each, 4 baby bok choy, halved lengthwise, 1/3 cup black bean, 3 large garlic cloves, minced, garlic sauce, 4 lime wedges, 1 and a half tablespoons soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoons oriental sesame oil, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, and 1 tablespoon finely chopped peeled fresh ginger.
Start off by whisking together black bean sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, garlic, and ginger in a dish. Set aside 2 tablespoons of the marinade then add pork to the remaining marinade and let stand for about 20 minutes. Afterward, take the pork from the marinade and brush the cut side of bok choy with the reserved 2 tablespoons marinade.
Transfer the pork on 4-inch rack and cook on HI for approximately 8 to 10 minutes each side. Grill the bok choy until soft for about 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and garnish with lime wedges upon serving.
Preparation time for this recipe would take about 20 minutes and 18 minutes for cooking. Serving is good for 4.
English Muffins Bread
Prepare 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, 5/8 teaspoon dry yeast, 1/2 egg, 7/8 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 cup milk, 1 1/4 tablespoons butter, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 cup cornmeal.
Start by making the dough and once finished sprinkle the cornmeal over your work area. Pat the dough with your hands into half-inch thick. Make sure each side is lightly coated with cornmeal then cut into 8 to 10 rounds. You may use a large mouthed glass to trim and cut the rounds. Afterward, place the rounds on a baking sheet and cover. Let it rise for about 20 to 30 minutes.
Once the dough has risen, place it n Nuwave on a round pan. Bake for 8 minutes on 80% heat. Do not use HI heat or it will brown and burn fast.
This recipe is good for 4 servings, and takes 3 hours preparation time and only 8 minutes to cook.
